Wine Bites, Perfect Pairings
This
month, Chef Dave is offering an hors d'oeuvres tasting paired with
locally produced wines. Come and taste delicious, tasty tidbits and
smooth, local wine.
Utilizing
the bounty from our glasshouses, Dave will make a selection of small
plate meals to pair with wine. Aylene Geringer owner of The Chocolate Box
in Silverton, will join us to offer a variety of local Oregon wines
that she'll sell by the glass or bottle. Some Oregon made chocolate
truffles may appear as well!
