Dinner at the Root Cellar

Squash blossom stuffed with zucchini and goat cheese and dipping sauce.

Salad
Fresh greens salad with basil flowers and fennel fronds, with a seasonal vinaigrette.

Entrée
Porchetta: Herb sausage stuffed in a pork shoulder served on a bed of warm polenta with sautéed spinach, caramelized onions, and cherry tomatoes. $17
