Our seasonal soup is: Fire-roasted eggplant, served as a cup $4 or bowl $6.

Salads
Pringle Creek Summer Salad
Our mixed greens topped with Pringle Creek carrots, local mushrooms, fresh fennel fronds, and edible flowers. $5 Small or $7 Large

Weekly Seasonal Special
A bed of mixed greens straight from our greenhouse topped with fresh corn, pickled green beans and a French red wine vinaigrette dressing.  $5 Small or $7 Large

Sandwiches
Harvest Stand Panini
Ciabatta spread with freshly made pesto and topped with havarti, mushrooms, seasonal greens, beets and caramelized onions. $5 Half or $7 Whole

Herb and Garlic Marinated Chicken Panini
Pan seared chicken served on a Ciabatta roll, spread with a fresh herb aioli and pressed together with greens and roasted peppers. $6 Half or $8 Whole

Weekly Greenhouse Panini
Chile Relleno Inspired! Pringle Creek Community grown poblano peppers dipped in egg batter and pan-fried. Served with fresh mozzarella cheese and a toasted pumpkin seed spread on a Ciabatta roll. $6 Half or $8 Whole

Weekly Plated Special
Garden Quiche: baked with assorted vegetables and herbs from our garden.

Summer Dinner Series: August Dinner Event on August 30th

Pringle Creek Community invites you to join our community for an lovely summer evening and dinner on Friday, August 30th at 6:30pm. Come enjoy an evening of delicious local food and wonderful company. Chef Dave will share some tips and methods for grilling and preparing the evenings meal.

Our Dinner Menu

Appetizers
Shrimp and chive dumplings with a bourbon honey glaze.
Barbecued oysters with garlic butter and teriyaki sake dipping sauce.

Soup
Fresh garden herb, lemongrass and Tomato broth.

Entree
Barbecued smoked salmon with two styles of corn on the cob.

Dessert
Salted caramel peach shortcake.

Beverages
Sweet Peach Iced Tea. Please feel free to bring your own wine or beer.

Good morning! We have a short term change to the Painter Hall Cafe and Painters Hall activities calendar.

Painter Hall Cafe: Closed for a private event, today, Wednesday, 8-21-13. We will reopen tomorrow with regular hours.

Painters Hall Activities Calendar: Community Yoga with Alyson Budde on Thursdays is cancelled until September 12th.

Join us during our Community Celebration on Sunday, August 11th 2013

Pringle Creek Community will be having a Community Celebration Day on August 11th from 1pm to 4pm. Many of the sustainable community’s LEED Gold & Platinum homes will be open to the public with community members and Spectra Construction onsite to answer community or green construction questions. Local business and organizations will be onsite showcasing their products, offering samples of menu items and discussing their upcoming projects and events. The celebration will also feature a performance by JT and the Tourists, bringing this fun and family friendly event to a close from 3pm-4pm.
