Due to the weather, Salsa classes are cancelled Friday, Feb. 7, 2014.

We don't want Paco to risk driving all the way from Portland in this weather!

We WILL see you next month!

horseradish mustard spread, toasted in the panini press. 

Layer 2:  Lettuce, slices of salami, prosciutto, and tomato, a little mayo, and a final slice of rye bread.
